Kefir Berry Smoothie | Temper-lifting recipes

Kefir berry smoothie recipe

  • ¾ cup of regular full-fat kefir
  • 1/3 cup white beans
  • 1/3 cup of water
  • 1½ cups of frozen blueberries
  • ½ large banana
  • ½ cup of chopped spinach
  • 2 TBSP. raw, unsalted almonds
  • 2 TBSP. raw, unsalted pepitas (pumpkin seeds)

Put the kefir, beans, water, blueberries, banana, spinach, almonds and pepitas in a high-performance mixer. Mix for 30–45 seconds until all ingredients are incorporated. Pour into a glass and drink immediately.
